Do you offer customizations? How long does it take?

For our brides looking for a custom touch...

Although we have many pieces listed in our e-boutique, it is unfortunately impossible for us to list every available option. Therefore, MANY of the pieces we produce for our clients are custom pieces.

If you have searched the internet and found the perfect piece for your wedding day,
but cannot find where to purchase it, OR, would like to use a unique item or personal materials, such as the name tape from a military uniform we would love a chance to create a custom piece just for you.

I have so many questions and buying a dress, veil or really anything on the internet for my wedding seems intimidating no matter what the reviews say...can I talk to you?

How do I care for my piece(s) once delivered?

Big Rock Bridal pieces are intended to be shared through generations and thus, proper care is an important part of the heirloom process, and requires great attention.

All Big Rock Bridal jewelry, hairpieces and sashes will come in a keepsake boxes, to save and protect them before and after your wedding.

Your garter and sash may be gently spot cleaned with cold water and a delicate detergent, then fully air-dry before storing away.

For wedding dresses and veils, we always recommend taking them to a licensed professional dry cleaner to steam prior to the wedding and after the wedding for proper cleaning before storing away. Preservation is not needed, unless desired, but please ensure the pieces are however stored in your keepsake bag.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Big Rock Bridal loves celebrating brides and giving you a gift rather than simply shipping an order.

All our pieces will arrive in a keepsake gift box that is hand tied with a black ribbon.

Inside the gift box is neatly wrapped with white tissue paper and soft white tissue shred for protection during travel.

Big Rock Bridal pieces are intended to be keepsakes, and to live on as heirlooms to be passed down through generations to come.

I have my grandmother/mother's wedding dress/veil, will you make something for me out of it?

For our heirloom brides...

It is one of the greatest honors at Big Rock Bridal to take something formerly used by someone special, and recreating it to make new lasting memory.

If you have vintage or heirloom materials that you'd like to use to make a piece for your wedding day, like your grandmothers or mom's wedding dresses or veils, we would love to recreate a piece just for you.

At Big Rock Bridal, we call it our Luxe Redux process, taking a circa 80's piece and making it modern.

Don't worry! Rush orders can be accommodated by Big Rock Bridal.

Additional fees may be required for rush orders, but not always.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Please understand that we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our business.

That said, if there is any issue upon receipt (i.e. an incorrect color or piece was received, or the piece has been damaged in shipping, etc.) CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY, with pictures, and we will correct the issue, and send a replacement piece sent out immediately.
